I thought some of you would like to see a few of our puppies from over the years…..

It’s hard to let them leave the homestead…but it sure is nice to see them happy and healthy in their new homes and new lives and new jobs…..

Our puppies have not only become family members…but they’ve become farm dogs and service dogs…and hounds with jobs…..

…..they’re baby-sitters…and companions…and housekeepers…and playmates…..

They’ve befriended and been devoted to soldiers with PTSD and become loving service dogs for the elderly and in nursing homes…their hearts are inexhaustible…..

Our puppies have gone to many other states and countries…..

…..years ago…one of our puppies even went back to Japan on a diplomatic jet…or at least…that’s what the translator explained to me…..

…..the little girl was so happy…apparently she had done a school project on Wolfhounds while she was in the States and wanted one desperately to take back home…and her parents said okay…..

The puppies have been friends to the young and old…cats and dogs…horses and parrots…..

…..I always send home a big packet of information with all of the new owners to try to help with the breed’s idiosyncrasies (of which there are many) and their healthy growth and behaviors…..

For the most part our puppies have gone to happy homes…at least I hope and pray they have…..

…..but like I’ve said before…I love and trust in the honesty of animals…..

…..people………….not so much…..

But when I have an opportunity like this…to share photos of some of our hounds in happy…healthy…loving homes…..

It seems to make it all worthwhile…..
