Yep…..

We have started the Hurricane Season for 2022…..

…..there’s no slow warm-up to this year’s active season…..

…..nope…..we just jumped right in…..

Normally…..the real serious point of the hurricane season peaks around September…..

…..(I hate to think what this September will be like if we’ve started off with such a bang this year)…..

But…..we had a healthy wind-shear-going for this one…..(I hope it stays around for a few more months)…..

I do like myself a nice “wind-shear”…..

“Wind-shears” are my friends…..

I do hope these shears decide to stay around all through this summer and fall…..

***The Value of Wind Shear***

This current Cyclone-Thingie never up-graded to a Tropical Storm…..

…..so it was never named……

…..(had it been named…..it would have been “Alex”)…..

The rain went to the south of us…..the meteorologists said there would be a cumulative rainfall between four—to—six inches…..

…..those of you in the Keys…..I’m so sorry…..

The winds were okay here…..I only heard one (small-ish) limb fall on our tin roof…..

…..the rains were just fine…..

…..and it was…..cloudy…..and that was it…..

So “Alex-Wanna-Be” has passed…..

…..we await the next round of storms…..

…..I’m upp’ing my probiotics and stomach-soothers…..

…..so…..there you have it…..and…..

…..Bob’s Your Uncle…..

I wonder if Bob is the #2 name on the list of Hurricanes this year?…..
