**********Please Subscribe To My Blog…..It Really Helps********** Our new little boy arrived this week….. He came from Louisiana…a little Cajun bébé….. He came with his name already picked by the breeder…(that’s a first for us)….. …..they listed his name on his AKC papers as “Acacias”….. …..the Acacia is a tree…the litter owners said…it’s a strong tree….. We had other plans for his name…but…oh well…you roll with the punches…Acacias it is then….. …..(fyi…we let owners of our puppies pick their own…

Irish Wolfhounds (at best) have a limited gene-pool….. I’m sure I’ve said this before…but in and around the 1800’s…they almost became extinct as a breed…..
