Rinse, Lather & Repeat

Rinse, Lather & Repeat

A good slogan for life…

Pity I don’t apply it to my shampoo routine…

I mean, why waste the product?

Once is good enough…

Right?…

I took this picture of our shower wall…

I’m wondering just how many empty shampoo bottles Paolo will line up before he removes the empty ones?

He’s got more room on the rack, so I’m thinking three or four more…………what do you think?…

We Do Recycle

In the past I’ve asked him to remove the empty ones when they were drained…………..he responded by saying he wasn’t the only person using the bottle(?) (?) (?) so why should he be the only one tossing out the empty ones…

…………..now that’s not really an answer to my question now is it?

But keep in mind he’s in the legal world, and over the years I’ve discovered he answers questions I didn’t ask—–just to deflect and get off the subject at hand.

Sneaky little dude…

And over the years I have combated this by bringing things back to the original text and asking the same exact question again verbatim…

………….and waiting for a reply……………….sometimes I add the body language of crossed arms and a tapping foot…

Our conversations can be so jolly and frivolous.

The laser searing stare can be a bit disarming.

But back to the shower rack’s assortment of emptying shampoo condiments…

My younger daughter and I use the Suave……………….cheap stuff, but it gets the job done.

The more expensive, name-brand dishwashing liquid (blue Dawn) is for the hounds and unsuspecting, slow cats…

All of the DollarTree Dandruff Shampoo bottles are Paolo’s……………

………………he just refuses to consider them emptied and subsequently be responsible for removing them……………(sigh).

I just don’t know why…

Later That Same Week

I’ve given up……………..if the searing laser eyes with the tapping foot don’t work———what’s the point?

But I also refuse to remove the empty bottles for Paolo.

And my daughter and I still don’t use his shampoo……………..we just don’t.
