Okay…..

Maybe we’ve (I’ve) asked for some of these problems…..

Maybe…..(just maybe)…..I’ve created a couple of them…..

…..you know that morning-wake-up-romp that household pets do every morning…..?…..

…..(like clockwork)…..

…..a morning can’t start without it…..?…..

…..I “might” have done this to myself…..

…..perhaps…..

Our mornings progress like this…..

…..the alarm goes off…..

…..the Wolfhound-ensemble drag me to the door…..

…..they need me to let them outside for their morning ablutions…..

If I’m lucky…..my next stop is the bathroom…..

…..for obvious reasons…..

********************And Then To The Kitchen********************

Where ALL of the kittie-kat-ums are lined up and milling around and vocalizing for their morning snackles…..

I’ve had to put a heavy-duty rubber band around the pantry doorknobs…..

…..to stop the fuzzy-demons from helping themselves…..

…..in the middle of the night…..

…..stealing their kitty-treats…..

…..(Copernicus…..I’m talking about you)…..

My older daughter & I spew the “treats” over the kitchen floor…..

…..plus…..I slide in some of those dental ones too…..

…..(Archimedes has already lost one of his front fangs)…..

It’s a whirling/feline-free-for-all…..

…..until all of the treats are scarfed down…..

…..(I keep an eye on Gatsby & Pye…..who have been known to puke everything back immediately)…..

…..(I guess from excitement?)…..

…..(kind of like me on Christmas morning)…..

And then after that feeding-frenzy/brouhaha blows over…..

……………………….the cats all go back to bed……………………….
