I just scored some tubed/paste anthelmintic 1.87% Ivermectin!!!

Tra! La!

Yes, I did!…..(who’d ever expect to get so excited about a wormer!?!)…..

And NO…..I’m not planning on ingesting it myself…..(FYI—paste/wormer is not a treatment for Covid-19)…..

…..(although…I have tasted it…in the past)…..(I don’t recommend it)…..(I taste most everything)…..

I am planning on giving it to my horses…..because they have intestinal worms…..

…..I’ve also tasted Fenbendazole and then there’s Pyrantel Pamoate (also an anthelmintic which happens to be quite yummy…..AND FOR PUPPIES!)…..

Usually Ivermectin is affordable for a small farmer like me…..

…..(because of the size of my horses…..I need two tubes per horse)…..

But that’s not the case NOW!…..it’s increased in price so much…..

It’s prohibitive on my farm-budget…..

Yesterday…..my good/goat-friend and veterinarian…..Dr. Brigid…..

…..put enough Ivermectin paste in my mailbox for Claire and Addy and Brave and Finley…..

Who would have thunk that getting tube wormer as a surprise gift would be so exciting!!!…..

Apparently…..it’s on back-order now…..even for veterinarians…..(?)…..

Look out ponies…..you’re getting wormed today!!!…..

Forget the touted “green-apple-flavored”/sales-pitch on the packaging…..

…..it tastes like glorified/sticky chalk…..and it’s super-yucky…..

…..and it’s good for your livestock…..

…..but not for their worms…..

HA!!! Take That You Parasitic Yuckies!!!…..
