Well Buckle-Up ButterCup…..

Addy has her own special gate now…..

…..so that I can lead her preciousness into the round pen…..

…..(and work her butt off)…..

…..(and remind her just how a well-behaved pony should act)…..

…..prior to that I would’ve had to walk her right past Brave…..

…..in order to reach the round pen gate…..

…..Brave thought that was a TREMENDOUS idea…..

…..but after my many years (decades) of bad-choices and foolish decisions…..

…..I took the opportunity to by-pass the VERY real potential of being trampled by an amorous stallion and a flirtatious mare…..

…..(see…..you can teach an old dog new tricks)…..(occasionally)…..

…..(but will the old dog retain them?)…..

My daughter and her friend stepped in to help…..

…..Tra!  La!…..

…..they dug the new post hole for one of my many telephone pole posts…..

…..they insulated and re-connected the electric wiring…..

…..they re-constructed the electric fencing around the new gate-aperture…..

…..and then they hung the new gate…..

There’s now a clear shot from the front yard to the round pen…..sans Brave!…..

…..YIPPEE…..

…..Let’s Go Fat Addy!…..
