This was the weather report that flashed across my computer screen this morning…..

Geez!  Louise!…..

How can that happen…..(?)

…..where you get an actual registered temperature of 83F………but it “feels like” 95F?…..(?)

…..(and it DOES feel like 95F+)…..

It’s like you’re wading through a micro-waved/humid bowl of chunky soup…..

I had gotten so happy when that quickly-transiting tepid cold “snap” limped through…..

I was looking forward to the first fire in our fireplace…..

…..(and I might have been premature)…but I was making plans for a white Christmas…..

…..but now my excitement & hopes have been dashed…..

The A/C is sweating away…and so am I…..

…..the inside thermostat is set at seventy-seven…and That feels chilly by comparison to the outdoors…..

The cooler weather will come…I know it will………….(I’m sure it will)…it’s out there…somewhere…..

However in the meantime…..

I’ve been watching—–“Invest L92”—–who has developed in the Atlantic…off of Africa…..

…..twirling away…..

Good ole’ “Invest L92” has become “Tropical Storm Sean”…..

And Tropical Storm Sean is motoring east…..

My favorite meteorologist is teasing us about a cold(ish) front that might get here…(sometime in my lifetime)…..

I wonder if a cold front can arrive at the same time as a hurricane(?)…..

…..it seems contradictory…..

We did have a chance to turn off the A/C for two (II…Dos…Deux) whole days…..

…..Yippee…..

The inside temperature of seventy-seven just doesn’t seem cool enough…after being teased with such wonderfully cool outside temperatures…..

…..there’s a good chance I’m going to strip down and Patrice is going to get flung over the back of a chair…..

Seventy-seven just feels too hot now…(even when it was cool-ish (enough) all summer long)…..

…..this isn’t a post-post-post-menopausal hot flash…this is a post-cold snap…hot flash…..

And…I’ve decided………….
