Remember the ninety (90) pills I’m giving to Addy every day?…

We’re still at it…

She’s even less happy with me now…

She’s developed her own little (?) avoidance habits…

…..like putting her head up even higher…….

…..I just go up extra steps on the stepladder to reach her…….

…..or slowly (because she is an inherently kind horse) pushing her cheek up against me until I have to step back down the ladder (or else get swept off of it entirely)…….

(or my personal favorite)

…..where she casually tries to shove the mason jar (filled with her dissolved med’s) right off the top of the ladder…….

Addy is due for more bloodwork…

She hasn’t had a blood draw since October…

But as far as I’m aware…..Stevie Wonder (our large-animal-veterinarian-extraordinaire) is still in Antarctica…

What?—–you say!?!

That’s right!—–I say!

Stevie Wonder went down there on Boxing Day to climb a mountain…………a large mountain……..

…..normally he jumps out of planes…….

…..yes, he does…….

…..but on this occasion he decided he needed to climb a large very cold mountain…….

…..I asked him if it was the pyramid mountain that’s down there, or if it was the mountain that has the rectangular opening in it for UFO’s to land and take off from the center of the Earth…….

…..AND he looked at me like I was crazy…….

I’d like to point out that I just read about these things………….I don’t have to go down to Antarctica to DO them!…….

Silly man.

I texted him while he was there and asked him to buy me a refrigerator magnet from the souvenir shop at the summit…….he never texted back…

I guess he flew there via Chile…….

You just can’t make these things up!

So I guess, when he finally gets back…….and thaws out…….I guess, he’ll come and draw some more blood…….and we’ll see where Addy’s at…….in terms of her globulin versus albumin ratio levels…….(whatever that means)…….

In the mean time…….

Addy & I will keep duking it out on the stepladder…….
