I know I’ve mentioned these cups in previous posts…..

They’re famous…..

I figured they deserved a post all their own…..

They’ve been a staple here for a very/very long time…..decades in fact…..

Earlier…I also wrote about our equally-famous wine coolers…..

I know you’re probably curling your lip…you’re already shaking your head…and you’ve made a mental note to never let that crap pass your lips…..

…..but you’d be wrong…..

I’ve witnessed that same reaction from a number of my friends (with well-schooled palates)…..

But I have to tell you…..

…..a nice/chilly wine cooler with those two ingredients (mixed to your own percentages)…is worth a try…at least twice…(in quick succession)…(it clouds your judgment that way)…..

…..after that second one…then decide if you like it…..

I’ve had some very particular & discerning wine-enthusiasts who have seduced & reduced their palates…and now agree with me…..

…..I’ve found one of the hardest things about these coolers is pouring the wine out of that big/heavy/Carlo Rossi/glass jug (after the second cooler)…..

AND………….that’s where our big/purple/plastic cups have come to our rescue over the years…..

…..they have wide/sturdy bases (which are harder to tip over)…they are BIG…(so you don’t have to re-fill them as often)…..

…..they don’t break easily when dropped…and…you don’t get a fat lip (like you would on a glass mug’s rim)—(when over-zealously/over-reaching for a big healthy gulp)…..

…..they’re better than Solo Cups (but I do love that wonderful/Country/Western song)…they’re bigger…and harder to collapse…..

…..and they’re not see-through…(so no one knows just how much you’ve had to drink)…..

…..plus they don’t crack…they’re very resilient…(did I mention they’re bigger?)…..

…..(have I mentioned before that I don’t think we have enough Celebrations?)—(I think we should ALL Celebrate More Often & Count Our Blessings Daily)…..

These big/purple cups should be celebrated…..

They’ve been through many holidays and many/many birthday parties while my girls grew up…..

Parents and adult friends would stay for our kid’s parties…petting-zoos…scavenger-hunts…and three-legged races…

…..if only for those Big/Purple/Plastic/Frosty/Shrouded/Wine-Cooler Cups…..

…..Let The Celebrations Continue…..
