This morning I had to go out…….

…..(off the property even)……………..wow…

I had to drive multiple miles to the clinic of an old vet friend of mine…

(I have a lot of old vet friends)…..(both large and small animal vets)

I knew I’d been home for quite a while…

But, I hadn’t figured out just how long that had been…

…..I’ve been home and house-bound a very long time with Molly’s puppies…..or Willow’s puppies…..or Killian’s puppies…….

…..since…..forever…

I meant it when I said I don’t get out much…….

…..I really don’t…

…..the last time I left the property was on March 2nd when I took Molly to Dr. Russell’s to have her cesarean section…….

…..and then we brought home fifteen, neonate puppies…….

…..and my around-the-clock puppy care began…..yet again…….

But today, I needed to get some replacement med’s to continue Addy’s daily treatment…….

***(…..in the perfect world…….(oh, wait…….this is NOT the perfect world)…….I would’ve liked to be able to continue Addy’s treatment through her foaling)***

My old vet friend from…….thirty-plus years ago…….was able to get the antibiotics for me at a greatly reduced price…….

…..for that deal…….I was willing to get suited up and brave the pandemic…

…..I was equipped with my handy/dandy bottle of Thieves Oil…….

…..which I rubbed everywhere…….

…..I now have very strong second thoughts about ever putting Thieves Oil around my nostrils and on my upper lip…..ever…..ever again…..it REALLY! REALLY!  burned…..AND I wasn’t even allowed to touch my face…….

…..AUGH!

…..and let’s not forget my unmatched surgical gloves (one white and one purple)…….

…..along with wearing a moderately-clean Patrice…….

…..I was sporting a Court-Jester-esque appearance…

…..I didn’t have a facemark…..but I didn’t intend to talk with anyone…

I just wanted to score Addy’s drugs and go home…

…..which is exactly what I did…

………….the roads were pretty much vacant………….

…..like I said…..I really don’t get out much…..(with or without a worldwide pandemic)…

…..the really scary thing is…….
