Remember the movie “Braveheart” with Mel Gibson playing William Wallace…and his rally for Freedom?…..

My hurricane-secured livestock (who we had safely stalled in our barn)…decided to break out…..

Lots of young goats…as well as MaMa Pig…scurrying and bounding everywhere…(MaMa Pig doesn’t scurry…she rolls along with her sizable authority)…..

These beasties did an organized/combined jail break…..

They probably concentrated on the old lower boards…..

Too much standing water…too much flooding…added to their escapability…..

…..and let’s not forget that there are still two very ginormous oak trees leaning on the structural integrity of our poor old barn’s roof…..

The end result is that the boogers got out…and are running…amok…amok…amok…..

Oh great…one more extra project…..

…..(next on my “Wish List”…I want my own Cherry Picker)…..

I’ve decided every girl should have one…(excuse me…”every woman”)…..

I know…I’m whining…..

I’m just tired…it’s not that sleep-deprived kind of tired either…it’s that exhausted spirit tired…..

We’ll get MaMa Pig contained again…(I’m sure it will have to do with shaking treats loudly in a bucket–and not letting her out of our line of sight…while walking backwards quickly)…..

And hoping she follows…(but not too quickly)…(she’s still scares us)…(a lot)…..

We’ll have to fix the stall from whence (?) she escaped…..

So let me make a tally of the current state of affairs…..

#1~~~We’ve got the terrorizing MaMa Pig wandering the front yard…(and potentially the neighborhood)…..

#2~~~We’ve got multiple young goats freely bounding around with Storm Trooper…..

You know what that means…Everybody it’s time to mark your calendars for a five month gestation period…..

#3~~~We’ve got Rafael rev’ing up in the Gulf of Mexico…and possibly missing us to the west…but close…too close…..

#4~~~And my friend Suzanne-Annette just told me there’s “something else” brewing off the eastern side of Cuba…..

And all I just want to do is sit on the couch and look pretty…that’s all…..

…..maybe stream something mind-dumbing on TV…and order a pizza…..

Wouldn’t that be nice?…..
