All Hallows Eve & All Saints Day
………….phew, this has been a super busy week and then some………….

Our Hunt Club Tea went well…
People were well fed…

Music blared. (A huge industrial fan had to be enlisted (we have record breaking heat here in Florida for this time of the year.)

I feel good when people not only eat the food I’ve made, but also take carrots for their horses along with a take home plate for later for themselves…….
…..that means the food must’ve tasted good…

Tonight is Halloween.
My younger daughter has her “Pink Ladies” jacket from the movie “Grease”…….
…..and we have a little, black leather jacket for her Papillon, Danny Zuko to wear.

The two of them are going to my older daughter’s place to hand out Halloween candy…….she’s going with Three Musketeers/Kit-Kats/& Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups…….(to keep for their own personal consumption)…….
Along with a bunch of “other” candy to hand out…….
Heh…heh…heh…………(my mama didn’t raise no fools…)…..
In and around all of this…….I have been grinding/dissolving/and syringing 45/forty-five/XLV tablets (and a skosh more, to account for slobber) down (up) Addy’s long, tall throat…….
…….not an easy task…….
…….and this has to happen 2/II/two times each day…….
Here are the names of the drugs: Metronidazole, Pentoxifylline, and Sulfamethoxazole & Trimethoprim (fondly referred to as SMZ’s—–for obvious reasons)-(SMZ’s are also good for self-medicating for various other issues too…….not that I would ever do that)…
…….(after repeatedly trying to pronouns these names, I now know I am an undiagnosed dyslexic…….I just can’t/can’t do it)……..(why can’t they just be called “Big Pill #1, and Big Pill #2, and Big Pill #3?)

All of these pills are large enough to…….well…….choke a horse…….
…..(and they taste real bad)…..
…..so that’s why they all get dissolved in water while I shoot them (theoretically) down Addy’s gullet with a 60cc syringe (times six or seven syringes)-(two times every day).

…….It’s great fun when she bites the syringe…….(BTW syringes can be purchased in bulk on Amazon).
I’m looking forward to November the First and the Day of the Dead.
After this recent schedule………….I think I qualify…
I’ve worked hard for my gray hair…….

Oh yeah, those pills sound like steroids or anti-inflammatories and antibiotics. I won’t look it up but am I in the ball park.
I have no idea what they are…other than impossible to pronounce. They could be all of the above…AND they taste like alum.
It was cold, wet and windy on both Wed and Thur. It snowed Halloween morning. When I went to the store this am, Fri, there were still kids frozen in place from last night. So I did the decent thing, and stole all of their candy. Saved them from diabetes and obesity. I deserve a medal..
